On Saturday Rob and I went hiking La Verkin Creek. We went with Ryan, Rebecca, & Drew.
Rob has been there a few times and keeps working on a trail.

On the way back we were all exausted.Rob was so sweet and pulled me up the steep hill.
It was a beautiful but tiring hike and from my own experience very sore.
