We all needed to get out of the house, so we went up to Kolab and hiked to the Double Arch Alcove. It was the first time we had really used Sara's Kelty Kid backpack, that we got in June. She was really good on the hike considering that fact that she is getting her one year old molars and was up most of the night!

We took a break and had a snack while Rob hiked up to the double arch.

The hike was 5 miles. Sara & I only made it 4 because she decided that she needed a break from the pack.
Rob packed Sara and she loved it. She talked to the trees and waved Hi to everyone that we past. She would also look back at me and laugh.
On way back she fell asleep. All that hikin and playing just wore her out. It was such a nice family day!
